  7. This is one of my plugins for ArtEffect2/3+.

  9. Glow generates glowing luminous effects as seen quite often in TV nowadays.
  10. Many options, so make sure to read usage.
  11. The plugin was written nearly a year ago, when the effect was not that known.
  12. Well, to late now to be revolutionary new :) But it is still one of my
  13. favorites.
